Stand and Deliver: Urgent action needed on commitments made at the London Conference one year on

One year ago, February 4, 2016, the international community convened and agreed on a ‘comprehensive new approach’ to address the protracted crisis in Syria at the “Supporting Syria and the Region” Conference in London. Donors and hosting countries in the region pledged financial means and committed to employ policy changes to improve the lives of refugees and host communities.

This report was published as the one-year mark of the conference approached. It reviews the commitments made by the donors and countries with a context-specific methodology, reviewing what challenges remain as well as what progress has been achieved.
