Social Inequality, Gender & Power Analysis

The main purpose of a social inequality, gender and power analysis is to understand the context of excluded groups of children. This involves understanding these children are, how they experience exclusion, the inequalities and discrimination they face—including gender and social inequality dimensions—and identifying the factors that contribute to or alleviate these issues. The aim is to equip Save the Children to design programs and interventions that effectively respond to the challenges faced by children experiencing exclusion.
