Save the Children International
Save the Children (SC) is implementing a four-year $8million project funded by Global Affairs Canada to economically empower marginalized and vulnerable young women ages 15-29 in Palestine. This gender-transformative project will respond to the gender-based social, economic and institutional barriers which hinder young women’s entrepreneurship opportunities in the agriculture sector. In partnership with two local agriculture and youth-focused organizations, MA’AN Development Center and the Palestinian Agriculture Relief Committee (PARC), the project will work in the West Bank (Jordan Valley, Nablus, Tulkarem and Jenin) and across the whole of the Gaza strip.
