Save the Children Mozambique

Save the Children Mozambique country office received financial support from ECHO through European Operations for Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid to implement a 2-year emergency project called Increasing access and retention in safe, protective, quality and inclusive learning environments for children in Cabo Delgado. The objective of the project is to contribute to ensuring that children affected by emergencies and conflicts are enrolled and retained in safe, inclusive, quality and protective learning environments in Cabo Delgado. This baseline assessment was conducted by Save the Children’s MEAL team and covered the SAIL project in Cabo Delgado to better understand the level of wellbeing of Team-Up Children in the communities of Chimoio, Mapupulo, Campona, Namanhumbir and Momane (Montepuez District) and Nanhala in Mueda District focusing on MHPSS in this community.

This assessment will serve as the basis for determining the impacts of our activities in the coming months of implementation.
