Save the Children’s Global Greenhouse Gas Emissions Report 2024

We established our global greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions footprint base year in 2019. We are committed to measuring this metric annually, setting targets to reduce our emissions and developing plans to meet them. We have set out the following ambition:
In line with our commitment to children’s rights, Save the Children commits to a CO2e emissions reduction greater than 50% from our 2019 base year by 2030 at the latest.

To demonstrate our commitment to minimise the impact on the climate from our operations, we measure and report our GHG emissions and improve the accuracy of this data across all our operations globally. The data is collected from all the countries in which the Save the Children Association (SCA) operates
