Save the Children’s Response to the Design Proposal for an International Financing Facility for Education (IFFEd)

In July 2018, the Education Commission released the full design proposal and technical annexes for an International Financing Facility for Education (IFFEd). This document provides a summary of Save the Children’s analysis and response to the IFFEd design proposal. This response is based on our recommendations outlined in our April 2018 policy brief: a) Equity at the core; b) Efficient and effective finance; c) Debt sustainability; and d) Governance.
