Save the Children UK Standby Operational Stocks. Child Friendly Space or Temporary School Tent (41m2)

In 2006, Save the Children UK Emergencies Section Logistics unit acquired essential emergency stocks to provide a rapid child focussed response capacity in emergency settings. In conjunction with the Child Protection team, twelve Child Friendly Space kits and basic relief items were designed and sourced using Save the Children procurement procedures and in compliance with all major donors’ regulations. The Kit specifications describe how to assemble the component parts of the tents.
