Save the Children

This video training was created for Save the Children’s Community Based Distributors (CBDs) and Community Health Workers (CHWs) in South Sudan on how to properly fill out treatment registers when they are administering medication to children in their communities. This video supplements a larger packet of tools that includes a paper-based training manual and additional videos.

The primary role of the CBDs and CHWs is to recognise the symptoms of malaria, pneumonia and diarrhea, and treat children suffering from these preventable diseases.

The CBD programme is supported by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA) and the South Sudan Ministry of Health.
