Save the Children and The Separated Children in Europe Programme Position Paper on: Returns and Separated Children

With the aim of informing the drafting of a new EU Directive on Returns, The Separated Children in Europe Programme (SCEP), and Save the Children’s Brussels Office prepared a Position Paper on Return and Separated Children. This position paper outlines good practice with regard to the best interests of the child, decision making and procedures for return.
