A Rights Based Approach to Strategic Planning – A Guide for Civil Society Organisations

Save the Children Sweden commissioned Penny Ward of Mutengo Consulting to do research on and write this working document for those who are organising and facilitating planning processes based on child rights programming frameworks. The guide is primarily intended for staff of civil society organisations (CSOs) working in Southern Africa, and although some of the text highlights child rights programming, the guide can be used by anyone with an interest in strategic planning in the non profit sector.
