Rights and Power: Girls can change the World

Delou M. Gonsan-Zeo (Save the Children’s Health, Policy & Advocacy Adviser) held an informal poster presentation and mini advocacy training with Save the Children Youth advocates on adolescent sexual and reproductive health and Universal Health Coverage. The aim was to inform them of how they can utilise their national Universal Health Coverage platforms to advocate for adolescent sexual and reproductive health issues. Also to equip them with concrete steps that they can take to hold their Governments accountable to ensure they are delivering on set objectives for adolescents’ health under the Universal Health Coverage umbrella, including financing mechanisms and costed national health plans.
