Rewrite the future – One year on

This report highlights the progress Rewrite the Future had made by September 2007, one year on from the public launch. Rewrite the Future is Save the Children’s global campaign focused on securing good quality education for the millions of children out of school due to war and armed conflict. In conflict-affected fragile states (CAFS), one in three children is out of school, a total of 40 million worldwide. Without education, and without protection, they are being denied both their childhood and hope for the future.
