A workshop report from the meeting held in Nairobi, Kenya, February 2009, organized by Save the Children Sweden’s regional office for Eastern and Central Africa. The workshop, which was attended by SCS staff, Save the Children Alliance colleagues and external experts, aimed at providing participants with a clear understanding of the functions that comprise rights-based National Child Protection Systems and the possible strategies for implementing such systems in both development and emergency contexts.
