Ratification Toolkit: Optional Protocol to the CRC on a Communications Procedure (OPIC)

The toolkit has been developed to provide child rights advocates a better understanding of the Optional Protocol on a Communications Procedure to the Convention on the Rights of the Child (OPIC) and concrete argument and guidance for ratification. The toolkit explores some of the concerns and misconceptions that may be creating barriers for ratification and draws out the value addedness of ratification and explains the nuts and bolts of the ratification process.
