Rapport alternatif sur la mise en oeuvre de la convention relative aux droits de l’enfant en République Démocratique de Congo

This report provides supplementary information on the 2nd periodic report on the CRC implementations in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC). It shares a critical thinking of the progress made in the implementation of the CRC at the local level. The report also clarifies the views attributed to the NGOs and offers an analysis of the state of the children with regard to their rights-based legal and social protection. The report is submitted by l’Observatoire Congolais des Droits Humains (OCDH), l’Association Africaine de Défense des Droits de l’Homme (ASADHO), la Voix des Sans Voix pour les droits de l’homme (VSV) and La Coalition des Organisations Non Gouvernementales des Droits de l’Enfant (CODE).
