Thirteen men from the 2 villages that are Qalandoul and Darwah at Mallawii in Minya participated in the Zain Al-Rijal sessions, which aim to enhance men’s behaviors toward their wives and families, promote positive fatherhood, redefine masculinity, and improve family relationships. The sessions adopt the use of real-life stories as an educational tool to foster critical awareness among participants regarding their personal behavior.
Zain AlRijal sessions strengthened men’s awareness and behaviors around positive masculinity, family relationships, and protection. Participants reported improved anger management, communication, and shared decision making, redefining masculinity as responsibility and respect, while enhancing psychological wellbeing and fostering healthier, more supportive family dynamics.
