Prospects-Powered Solutions: Testing and scaling new approaches to forced displacement

The PROSPECTS Partnership, launched in 2019 and funded by the Government of the Netherlands, aims to improve living conditions for forcibly displaced persons (FDPs) and host communities in eight countries. The partnership involves UNICEF, UNHCR, ILO, IFC, and the World Bank, focusing on education, employment, protection, and social cohesion. Key achievements include enrolling 1.1 million children in education programs, providing mental health support to 102,000 people, and issuing work permits to 218,000 individuals. The initiative emphasizes local and national system strengthening, ensuring sustainable and inclusive solutions for FDPs and host communities.
