The evaluation of the project “Promoting inclusive education for every last child in Mongolia” assesses the effective­ness of project activities to promote inclusive education.

The objectives of the evaluation is to measure possible outcomes of project interventions contributing to improving an inclusive education system and practices at target public schools and Life-long Education Centers, and the awareness and engagement of parents in addressing inclusive education; and to evaluate project contributions and outcomes to the improvements of the national policy on inclusive education.

The project outcomes were assessed through The Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development’s (OECD) – Development Assistance Committee’s (DAC) five evaluation criteria: relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, sustainability and impact.
