This brief summarizes the research methodology, findings and recommendations from the Gender & Power (GAP) Analysis conducted for the Skills to Succeed (S2S) Indonesia program. The S2S program GAP Analysis is a form of action research used to identify unequal gender and social relations and develop concrete recommendations to increase equitable access and participation for program participants and transform unequal gender and power relations to promote sustainable social change. The S2S Indonesia program builds the social-emotional (SEL) skills, growth mindset and digital and STEM skills of very young adolescents (ages 8-14) and youth (ages 15-24) with disabilities so they can succeed in school and in the future of work.
