Why do we fail to scale? Challenges in scaling up immunization across the life course

On 24 April 2024, Save the Children hosted a kick-off event for World Immunization Week, titled “Why do we fail to scale? Challenges in scaling up immunisation across the life course”. The session discussed key challenges in reaching the last mile in immunization service delivery with strong need for expanding immunization across the life course and how an integrated approach to immunization and health and nutrition interventions could accelerate achievement of global and national immunization targets.
