Policy for Safe and Equitable Access to Quality Education: Targeting marginalized areas and groups

This national policy paper supports the national agenda of state-building and furthers the realization of the rights of all Palestinian children to education as an essential pillar of the State and of productive citizenship, allowing Palestinian children to fulfil their potential in every sector, through the enforcement of the right of children to safe and equitable access to quality education.

This policy has been agreed on with the participation of all stakeholders. It has been built upon the Palestinian National Authority (PNA) Report on the Implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child (CRC), which identified the main policy gaps and recommendations on how to resolve them.
