Piloting, Adopting, and Diffusing Nutrition-Sensitive Postharvest Technologies

his technical brief describes USAID Growth through Nutrition Activity’s efforts to increase smallholder farmers’ and vulnerable households’ access to diverse, safe, and quality foods in Ethiopia by introducing and/or spreading improved postharvvest handling practices and technologies. It discusses this approach in detail, as well as results and lessons learned and final recommendations for future projects.
