Philippine Alternative Report on the implementation of the U.N. Convention on the Rights of the Child (UNCRC)

Supplementary report to the Philippines second periodic report on the implementation of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, submitted by Children’s NGO Network (CNN). During the past monitoring period (1992), the NGO report on the United Nations Convention of the Rights of the Child (UNCRC) was prepared by mostly Manila-based NGOs and the NGOs based in other regions of the country were only informed of the report after it was already submitted. This present report is an attempt of the Visayas and Mindanao-based NGOs to come up with their own report on the CRC.
