This is the 7th edition of the Participate! CEP (Citizenship and Participation) newsletter. This issue is dedicated to the participation of children in service quality monitoring via an education programme implemented in Mozambique. The newsletter seeks to present the voices of children in the process of exercising citizenship and how the CEP program has sought to involve them in engagement with schools, health institutions, and authorities. Successes and challenges are also presented.
