Organization Capacity Development and Civil Society Strengthening Workshop

This report provides a record of a workshop on Civil Society Strengthening and Organizational Capacity Development carried out jointly by Save the Children Sweden and Save the Children Finland. The workshop was held at Silver Springs in Nairobi, Kenya and focused on building the capacity of Save the Children staff and other child rights partners on organizational capacity development. The participants included 35 participants as representatives of SCI partner organizations from Kenya, Uganda, Ethiopia, Somalia, Tanzania, Rwanda and Sudan.
