Strengthening Effective Humanitarian Partnerships (SEHP) Programme aims to further the localisation agenda by strengthening local organisations in South Sudan and Yemen, using an organisational learning approach.

This report examines the theory behind organisational learning, and by evaluating the successes and the lessons learnt of the SEHP Programme in South Sudan and Yemen, this has the potential to further localisation.
