”One Year of Transforming Care 2018” presents Save the Children Sweden’s work on trauma-informed care, led by the Transforming Care unit, and highlights how it is to educate practitioners in trauma-informed care.
Some highlights from 2018 include:
- The Transforming Care Unit educated workplaces in 17 of Sweden’s 21 municipalities
- Save the Children Sweden launched a digital platform in December 2018 to enable information exchange
- The Transforming Care Unit developed a competence development programme for social workers and family homes.
