Observations and Recommendations of the Committee on the Rights of the Child, Ukraine, 2011

This publication was developed in 2011 as a way for the Committee on the Rights of the Child to present their findings of basic violations of the rights of the child in Ukraine and for it to express its vision of how these violations can be eliminated.

This child and adolescent friendly version introduces the Committee’s concluding observations and recommendations in clear and concise language. The text is highly informative and conveys background and descriptive information on the Convention on the Rights of the Child and those areas in which Ukraine needs to improve to protect the rights of the child.
