Niños y niñas, víctimas de abuso sexual y el procedimiento judicial

This publication offers an analysis of Spanish legislation and the judicial proceedings related to the situation of sexually abused children, from the time when the crime is reported to the authorities until the sentence is imposed by the Court. The document is part of an investigation that seeks to analyse and compare the evolution of legislation in ten European countries, and it aims to establish a guide of good practices that reflects the minimum conditions national legislation must fulfil to establish judicial mechanisms for the effective protection of children.
