NGO’s Team Empowerment: The case of Syria Relief

This article describes the team empowerment and development that Syria Relief, an NGO which has a primary focus on the Syrian Conflict, has made. Syria Relief is one amongst many Syrian NGOs that were established as a result of the Syrian crisis. This report describes the birth and development process of a young organisation including its change drivers and constraints and the core issues that forced the change to occur and the stakeholders that were engaged.
