NGO Supplementary Report to the Second Implementation Report of the Government of the Philippines (GOP) on the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child by the NGO Coalition for Monitoring the CRC – June 2003. This report is intended to enrich and supplement the Government’s CRC Implementation Report. It provides additional inputs and recommendations for effective responses to the situation of children, from the NGO perspective and experience.
