Funded by USAID/OFDA, this toolkit was developed by Save the Children, endorsed by the International Rescue Committee (IRC) and Mercy Corps, and included inputs from over 60 individuals across 26 organizations in 2021. The multi-agency “ Multipurpose Cash Assistance Monitoring and Evaluation Toolkit” includes tools and XLS form/KoBo survey templates to facilitate the implementation of Multipurpose Cash (MPC) programs. The toolkit is aligned with the Grand Bargain Cash Workstream initiative to better standardize MPC outcome indicators. Multiple agencies have previously piloted the tools for MPC programs across various countries and are currently institutionalizing them in MPC programs.
أدوات رصد وتقييم المساعدات النقدية متعددة الأغراض
صمّمت منظمة إنقاذ الطفل مجموعة الأدوات هذه بتمويل من الوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية/ مكتب المساعدات الخارجية الأمريكية في حالات الكوارث، وأقرّتها لجنة الإنقاذ الدولية ومنظمة ميرسي كور، وتضمنت إسهاماتما يزيد على 60 شخصاً على مستوى 26 منظمة في عام 2021.
تحتوي “مجموعة أدوات رصد وتقييم المساعدات النقدية متعددة الأغراض” متعددة الوكالات على أدوات ونماذج XLS وقوالب استبيان كوبو لتسهيل تنفيذ برامج المساعدات النقدية متعددة الأغراض. وتتوافق مجموعة الأدوات مع مبادرة مسار عمل البرامج النقدية للصفقة الكبرى لتوحيد مؤشرات نتائج المساعدات النقدية متعددة الأغراض بشكل أفضل. وقد اضطلعت وكالات متعددة بتجريب أدوات برامج المساعدات النقدية متعددة الأغراض مسبقاً على مستوى بلدان مختلفة، وتعكف حالياً على إضفاء الطابع المؤسسي عليها في برامج المساعدات النقدية متعددة الأغراض.
MPCA MEAL Toolkit Launch Webinar
Evaluators and CVA technical advisors from Save the Children (SC), International Rescue Committee (IRC), and Mercy Corps (MC) hosted a webinar to formally launch and discuss the reasons, process, and results from the development of the MPCA MEAL Toolkit to monitor and evaluate Multi-purpose Cash Assistance in humanitarian programs. The panel discussed the coordination and alignment of the tools with the Grand Bargain humanitarian indicators, shared results from the use of the tools in complex humanitarian crises, and highlighted successes and challenges from the institutionalization of the toolkit across the three agencies.
