This study seeks to inform the design of multi-sectoral humanitarian and development programming for diverse groups affected by the protracted Rohingya Refugee crisis and host communities in Cox’s Bazar and Bandarban districts in Bangladesh border areas in consultation with the communities. The purpose of this assessment is to collect reliable information from the real settings on community needs and specific gaps on Child Protection, Education, Food Security aUl Minhaz, Afifnd Livelihoods, Health, Nutrition, FSL and WASH-related services for both Rohingya and the host community. Considering the quantitative data collection methodology, the assessment study will answer the following key questions:
* What are the needs and services required for Rohingya camps and host communities?
* What are the immediate and structural factors associated with these needs?
* What are households’ perspectives aid preferences, and priorities to aid delivery for 2025?
* What specific variation is there in district level value of the measured specific indicators?
