Monitoring and Evaluation – SEAP Regional Workshop on measuring impact effectiveness with a child rights programming perspective

This report contains monitoring and evaluation thinking and practice based on Child Rights Programming in Asia, and provides guidelines based on experiences in monitoring and evaluation using Child Rights Programming perspectives. The document reflects the content of the third workshop on “Monitoring and Evaluation in Child Rights Programming” organised by Save the Children Sweden in the Asia region, following workshops held in Kathmandu and New Delhi on the same subject.
