Adapted and translated from the Spanish original, this manual was initially produced as a supporting tool for the training stages of the Promoting Human Rights of Migrants from a Gender Perspective project. It has since been adjusted so that it can be applied in a range of contexts, by both public servants and representatives from civil society organizations and other institutions.
This manual provides the tools necessary for including a gender and human rights in social intervention with migrant women in situations of violence. Divided into four modules, it begins with a presentation of the context in which the material was produced and continues with analyses of gender-based violence and the migration processes, as seen from a gender perspective.
