Mid Term Evaluation McGovern-Dole International Food for Education and Child Nutrition Program

The report centers on evaluating the relevance and early effectiveness of the interventions, measures the progress of LEARN
implementation across all four targeted counties, determines whether the project is on track to meets its desired objectives and provides lessons learned and recommendations to make mid-course corrections. It presents the key findings with respect to the evaluation criteria (Relevance, sustainability, effectiveness & perceived impact and efficiency).
