Manual de Operaciones: Salud escolar y nutrición

This Operations Manual was created by the School Health and Nutrition team of Save the Children in Bolivia. It is aimed to aid facilitator staff and personnel of partner organizations in program planning and implementation. The guidelines within are based on two core documents:

1. The School Health and Nutrition Common Approach to Sponsorship Programming (2010)

2. The FRESH Consortium Guidelines

The manual is organized by thematic chapters that can be applied together or separately. The educational plans included in the manual should be seen as examples, actual education plans should be formulated with the appropriate theme and age in mind.

These guidelines will be updated at a later time as School Health and Nutrition priorities, relevant policies and regulations, and local needs change.
