Performance evaluations should be undertaken in a way that aligns with our values, documenting Sponsorship program results so that they can be promoted further, and help to make programs even more child-focused, community-engaging, integrated, inclusive, and sustainable. They are designed as an accountability and learning tool, usually combining quantitative and qualitative methodologies within a utilization-focused approach that engages key stakeholders in evaluation planning and result validation. This guide is primarily for anyone involved in these evaluations and articulates the current (2020/2021) vision of Sponsorship performance evaluations.
