Making Social Protection Child Sensitive: From piloting to scale up with governments in Asia

This briefing paper describes how a parenting programme implemented with beneficiaries of government social protection programmes has resulted in substantial impact on parenting behaviours as well as child development in India, Nepal and the Philippines. Close collaboration with relevant government departments along with a focus on building robust evidence of impact has resulted in governments now scaling up the initiatives with the support of Save the Children.
