LEARNING PACKAGE is from the Partnering to Save Lives project, of which Save the Children is a member. Partnering to Save Lives involved the Cambodian and Australian governments and non-governmental organisations as equal partners; this approach enabled the group to leverage each partners’ strengths and amplify each others’ efforts to achieve shared aims.. This briefing provides guidance on the strengths and limitations of this approach.
