The countries included are: Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, South Africa, Swaziland, Zambia and Zimbabwe. It aims to inform civil society organisations working to secure the rights of vulnerable children

and to highlight gaps in policy development and implementation for policy-makers.
