Key Humanitarian Messages: Child Protection/ Gender-Based Violence Sub-Cluster, Mali 2012 (French)

To better protect children and other vulnerable people from harm and various forms of violence, this document offers key messages for children and adolescents, parents and other adults, communities and protection actors. and more generally to all humanitarian actors. In each message, it is proposed to include the recipient / s of the message. The main types of messages intended for different population targets will contribute to community mobilization and generate a more favorable behavioral change both at the preventive level and at the management level. Messages addressed to humanitarian workers also take on the character of advocacy. The key messages are presented thematically by protection concern identified, on the basis of available information, as the most relevant at this stage in Mali.
