Lishe Endelevu worked in collaboration with the Ministry of Agriculture (MOA), Ministry of Livestock and Fisheries (MLF), and local government authorities to strengthen their capacity to provide appropriate extension service support to community farmers and households to integrate nutrient-rich foods into existing crop and livestock production. To enable this, Lishe Endelevu supported the MOA and MLF to establish 14 training reference guidelines for extension agricultural workers in order to cascade agriculture technical information to target households and the wider communities. This guideline concerns post-harvest management principles and technologies of fruit and vegetable crops.
