Since 1948, Israel has aimed to maintain a Jewish majority and control over land, benefiting Jewish Israelis while limiting Palestinian rights and preventing refugees from returning. In 1967, this policy extended to the West Bank and Gaza Strip, which remain occupied.
This analysis concludes that Israel’s policies create a system of oppression and domination over Palestinians, amounting to apartheid. Key components include territorial fragmentation, segregation, land dispossession, and denial of economic and social rights. Documented unlawful acts include forcible transfers, administrative detention, torture, unlawful killings, and denial of basic rights, forming a systematic attack against Palestinians.
It calls for dismantling this system and urges the international community to pressure Israel and investigate these crimes.
