2005 was an extremely challenging year, involving large-scale responses to several natural disasters and a new global education campaign.Today, over 100 million children worldwide do not have the opportunity to go to school. By denying children their right to education we deprive them of the chance to lay the groundwork for a happy, healthy and successful life.
