Inter-Agency Working Group on Unaccompanied and Separated Children – Rapid Registration form

The Inter-Agency Working Group on Unaccompanied and Separated Children (UASC) has developed an inter-agency registration form package for unaccompanied and separated children (and other vulnerable children), to be used in emergencies. The package includes a rapid and extended standard registration form for recording key information relating to separated children, as well as a brief guidance note on how to use these forms.  All child protection actors involved in programming for UASC are encouraged to use these forms as they are now standardized and based on best practice.
