Inter-Agency Referral Form and Guidance Note

The process of directing a client to another service provider because the client is in need of help beyond the expertise or working area of the present service provider, is called a referral. The purpose of this referral form is to be used by humanitarian organizations that works with people in need of Mental Health and Psychosocial Support.
