Informe Alterno del Protocolo Facultativo Relativo a la Participación de Niños en los Conflictos Armados – Colombia

This report provides supplementary information on Colombia’s initial report on the implementation of the Optional Protocol on Children in Armed Conflict (OPAC). It covers the review period 2005 to 2008. It provides detailed information on the tendencies and dynamics in the areas of prevention, protection, juridical, international cooperation and civil society-driven initiatives in relation to the recruitment of persons under 18 years of age. The report also provides a series of recommendations on every theme.
