This brief highlights persistent gaps in implementation, teacher capacity, data systems, and support services. It draws on recent assessment findings from GPE/NIPPON- Save the Children’s inclusive education project and presents six actionable policy recommendations for the Ministry of Education and Training (MoET), Ministry of Health and other key stakeholders. These include aligning legal frameworks, reforming disability assessment systems, expanding specialized support services, and strengthening teacher training. Immediate improvements in coordination, resourcing, and accountability are essential to realizing inclusive education for all.
