Include Us – Children and Young People’s Standards for their Meaningful Participation in Global Events (2026)

These developed Standards created by children and young people, reflecting their priorities, experiences, and vision for meaningful participation in global events. Save the Children was among the organisations, which supported children and young people, who led the development of these standards. These standards are a powerful tool for strengthening our ethical, safe and meaningful child participation and ensuring children and youth are not only heard, but actively shape the decisions that affect them.

This resource is intended to support child participation and CRG and may be particularly useful for country offices, partners and children/young people.
